Over my professional career I have worked in media and some of the biggest Spanish consultancies as a Digital Designer. My early experiences in public and private sectors taught me the importance of the new digital channels as tools of communication, the impact of the digitalization inside organizations and how digitalization affected people; not only customers but employees first and foremost. As a result, I managed to work on projects with huge impact both in the customer side as well as the employee side of the business that served me to sharpen my skills as a Service Designer.
The sum of the skills I have been cultivating help me to think, create, and design in a responsible way. I have embraced this way of thinking, as it connects with my Japanese culture, resulting in a greater awareness of the impact of my work in the long term.
