Project Description
Reale Insurance aims to shift away from the traditional concept of home, health, and personal insurance. To achieve this, they developed an MVP for a 100% digital insurance service for personal belongings—offering a fast, simple solution that removes the paperwork and bureaucracy typical of traditional insurers, focusing on customer empowerment.

At Chazz Design Studio, our main task was to create a brand aligned with the business strategy and design artifacts to communicate this fully digital product across different countries.

Outcomes
To create the brand, we began by analyzing competitors to shape our naming strategy. We proposed and tested the name "ingood," inspired by the concept of protecting clients' valuable belongings. From this foundation, I designed a logotype featuring two protective curves, symbolizing an invisible hug that reflects the unseen protection insurance offers, only recognized when needed.

As both a graphic and UX/UI designer, I developed the website and ensured the brand extended through visuals, icons, and layouts, crafting a cohesive communication strategy across all touchpoints.

This project reignited my graphic design skills and illuminated the gap between digital and analog experiences in customer engagement. It also helped me recognize my role as a bridge creator, aligning business strategy with design.

Crucially, I reaffirm that a brand encompasses values, relationships with customers and employees, company strategy, and the communication of these elements through various channels. Maintaining coherence across all touchpoints is essential.
· Design as Communication: Design is not art; it's a form of communication. While art elicits emotions and feelings, design focuses on solving problems and conveying messages effectively.
· Embrace Lifelong Learning: Always be open to learning something new. Growth comes from embracing new experiences, even if they initially seem unrelated to your path.
· Connect with Clients: Don’t hesitate to communicate with clients—they are human, just like us. Building rapport fosters collaboration and understanding, leading to better outcomes.
· Be a Visual Translator: Help clients express their ideas visually. Position yourself as a visual translator or bridge, facilitating clear and effective communication.
