Project Description
Two years working in the design team at as.com, an online sports website, to leverage the number of readers and subscriptions.
Roles
· Visual design
· Interaction design
· Managing advertisements
· Coordinating with the development team
Outcomes
Designing for as.com new pages and managing advertisements, designing sites and contests related to sports events like transfer market and marketing events.

As a result, we won twice the Premios ÑH 2010 and Premios ÑH 2009 as the best-designed publications online with more than 12 million page views/month.
Learnings
· Sometimes it is necessary to stop and see how much we could achieve to value our work.

· Impact of the digitalization within organizations affected people, not only customers but employees first and foremost.

· Communications skills and good manners are the keys to develop a team.
